Tony Nabarro was the auditor for a successful manufacturing company making specialist parts particularly for the oil industry.

The opportunity arose to extend our services to the business and for some years we have been assisting them with their management accounts and VAT returns. The client’s in-house bookkeeper maintains the ledgers. We answer queries where they arise and attend the client’s premises to prepare the accounts.

As the company has grown we have provided advice on costing systems. As a matter of course we have advised the principals on the taxation and commercial considerations where an opportunity has arisen to buy assets into or separately from the company. We continue to work closely with the company’s management.
